I’m Anna, a San Francisco Bay Area based Senior Product Designer with 10 years of experience. I specialize in complex systems, especially healthcare. At eHealth, I worked on Medicare experiences that help people compare plans, understand costs, and enroll.
My approach is research-informed and collaborative: understand what people need, make the hard parts visible, and shape solutions with product, engineering, and business partners.
Outside of design, I’m writing my first novel and exploring new ways to bring creative ideas to life.
